Presentation Guidelines

Invited speakers, successful oral and poster presenters who have registered for the conference are required to adhere to the below guidelines. Please note that the guidelines are accurate as at 20 March 2012 and may be subjected to changes.

Speakers' Preview Room

• Speakers and oral presenters are encouraged to submit their presentation materials to wctoh2012@mci-group.com before the conference. Presentation materials that have not been submitted prior can be done at the Speakers' Preview Room a day before the presentation day.
• Should the speaker or oral presenter arrive in Singapore only on the day of his/her presentation, he/she must submit the presentation materials at the Speakers' Preview Room at least 4 hours before the presentation.
• Opening hours to the Speakers' Preview Room (MR 207, Level 2) are as follows:
